WARRANTY PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Pacific Electrical Services LLC ("Contractor") warrants and stands behind the quality of its work. Contractor warrants that
the final Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of up to
one (1) year from the date of completion and acceptance of the entire project. In the event of a defect resulting directly from
Contractor’s workmanship, Contractor agrees to correct, repair, and/or replace, at its sole discretion, defective materials
and/or equipment at Contractor’s expense for both labor and materials, without additional cost to the Owner.
Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of use,
lost sales, or lost profits. The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies available under this Warranty Program.
Contractor reserves the right to repair or replace equipment at the prorated fair market value of the equipment damaged.
OPERATING SYSTEMS WARRANTY
Contractor warrants that operating systems included within the Scope of Work will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of up to one (1) year from the final date of completion and acceptance. During the warranty
period, Contractor shall restore any defective operating system to factory default or replace such system at no charge,
provided the product has been used as originally intended.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Contractor’s option, of Product that fails due to defects in material or
workmanship. Contractor reserves the right to replace Product with new or remanufactured Product. Any repaired or
replacement Product shall be warranted for the remainder of the original one (1) year warranty period or ninety (90) days,
whichever is longer.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND EXCLUSIONS
This Warranty Program does not cover damage caused by sustained over-voltage, vandalism, theft, normal wear and tear,
obsolescence, misuse, abuse, or catastrophic events. All remedies identified herein are exclusive. Warranty claims must be
submitted within ten (10) business days of discovery of the defect or damage.
Contractor shall be provided reasonable access to the site to inspect and remedy any warranty claim and shall have up to
forty-eight (48) hours to respond to a claim. Contractor shall not reimburse the Owner for repairs performed by others if the
Owner fails to allow Contractor the opportunity to perform or arrange such repairs within the forty-eight (48) hour response
period.
